Research

Apart from research projects carried out by the affiliated associations additional projects are carried out encompassing all of the Rhine river area. This doesn’t just refer to the studies of literature (desk top studies e.g. for new possibly problematic substances in water extraction), but also to actual examinations wherein the respective laboratories of member waterworks are involved e.g. about phytoplancton pigment or special bacteriological analysing programmes.
